We have taken the time to talk to graduate recruiters, to hear what you want from a web based recruitment service. We are therefore incorporating graduates own CV's together with verbal and numeric assessments and a personality profile.
Although Grads Choice is an on-line recruitment business we still strongly believe in the personal touch and all our graduates are contacted via Skype prior to meeting you.
This all means, you know, before committing to spending time interviewing, that the graduate is already a good match for your business.
