About Us
Having graduated in 1991, when albums were vinyl and phones were fixed to the wall, I found myself in a similar economic situation as today.
I am therefore fully aware of the difficulties faced by graduates seeking their first role.
In an over crowded market it was hard to stand out from all the other graduates.
I also know what it is like to be a graduate recruiter having spent many years recruiting and training graduates.
These two factors have motivated me to find a way of making the whole process simpler whilst ensuring graduates and graduate recruiters are treated with the respect they deserve.

Having studied Material Engineering I somehow managed to end up as a CIMA qualified accountant…but ultimately accountancy wasn’t for me and whilst implementing a new accounts system I turned my focus to IT.
I have worked in the recruitment industry since 2003 ensuring that the technical background functions are up & running allowing the consultants to do their bit.
Over time I have witnessed the improvement in online functionality & I am now keen to use this to allow clients & candidates more control over their own recruitment process.
