We have taken the time to listen to students and graduates to hear what you want from a web based recruitment service. It’s your career, so at Grads Choice we put you in the driving seat allowing you to make your own choices.

We don’t ask you to spend time and money coming to interview with us, instead you apply on-line by filling out an application form and attaching your CV. You will then be invited to do our verbal and numeric assessment giving you the opportunity to stand out from the crowd. We will also ask you to complete a personality profile which will be available to you and potential employers, so you can be reassured that the role and company are a good match for you. These assessments are a great way to demonstrate your commitment to finding the right role and impress graduate recruiters.

When a graduate recruiter requests your full details one of our consultants will contact you via Skype. Only on your say so, will Grads Choice forward the same CV you sent to us. You can be confident that when the interview requests come in, it is you they want to see and not someone else’s version of you.

This means that you can concentrate on your interviews directly with the decision makers where you will have the opportunity to show graduate recruiters what you have to offer.
