Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Nottingham
Starting salary £16 000 - £19 000 plus bonus
Our client is an independently owned recruitment business based in Nottingham. Through business development and growth they are looking to expand their operation building on their excellent reputation and solid client base.
The role will involve all aspects of recruitment including business development, candidate generation, interviewing, writing job ads and negotiating rates. A lot of time is spent on the telephone to both clients and candidates.
The successful candidate will be a graduate looking for a multi-faceted sales role. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given but you will need to demonstrate the ability to succeed. We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious, articulate graduate who has a strong work ethic coupled with a keen desire to offer exceptional service delivery. A passion for continual on the job learning and personal development are key in this target driven, reward based sales role. You will have the opportunity to earn bonus from day one.
A fully driving licence is required.
